The build quality is great. The bass is not good , i still think the freePods 3 have the best bass. There was no need of branding the oraimo name on the pods. Love the touch mode when changing controls...overall, the pods are a solid 6/10.

I like it.

You can bet on your mama they are the best and the fact that it has app control and very easy to do alot of activities without them detaching easily from your ears..just perfect. I love the new casing of the pods all you have to do is just slide.

Very very nice but......

I love the sound quality and almost everything about this freepods.I would live just to air out an issue about the first time I ordered the pods.I placed an order on April 22,i stayed for the whole week as i tried to reach out to the customer care but all the numbers for customer care kept on saying that they were busy for a whole week and i even wrote an email but it took time before they responded then finally when i called ,they answered and told me that they cancelled my order because my phone number missed one number hence being incomplete.The order was cancelled without anyone reaching out to me or even sending an email to address the issue because i had provided my correct email address which can also be used as a form of communication.I was just sitting there anticipating that i will be receiving my new airpods plus a free Bluetooth speaker because by then all orders that were being placed on April 17-22nd,there was a free gift of the speaker.The whole point is please try to improve the customer because till date i still never understood what was so hard in informing me that my order was cancelled or rather sending an email to inform me that my phone number is incomplete.It was very disappointing and personally i think that you wouldn't want to lose future customers because of that kind of mistake.I have forever chosen Oraimo and i think the issue is with the customer care service,to be honest it is very poor.
